I was born and raised in the northwest suburbs of Chicago and moved my family to Loveland in1994. I now live in Berthoud and am very involved in the community and knowledgeable aboutthe Northern Colorado real estate market.I received a degree in business management in 1985. Prior to starting my real estate career in2013, I worked as an executive in operations for a corporate restaurant company for 28 years.In a variety of roles, I was responsible for hiring, training and developing store, area andregional managers to accomplish both personal and company goals. As a Realtor, I most enjoynegotiating, working with first-time clients, and gaining knowledge through continuing education.I am dedicated to my clients and their individual success, whether it’s the purchase of their firsthome,they are looking to upgrade or downsize their home, they are searching for an investmentproperty, or they need to sell their home.I am a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Colorado Association ofREALTORS®, and the Loveland/Berthoud Board of REALTORS®. I have a Graduate,REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation, which means I have made a commitment to secure astrong educational foundation and provide a high level of professional services. I am also aCertified Military Residential Specialist (CMRS) and am trained and equipped to handle thehome purchase needs of active duty and former military clients.In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my three kids and grandkids, going to concerts andsporting events, and exploring the outdoors, specifically golfing and boating. I am the presidentand founder of LiveLaughLoveBelieve, a non-profit foundation formed in memory of my latewife. The organization exists to raise awareness and support the search for a cure forAmyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), also known as Lou Gehrig's disease. I am also the currentvice president of the Berthoud Chamber of Commerce.

Responsible for hiring, training and developing store managers to accomplish personal and company goals and objectives. Doing all of these and using the philosophy of high integrity and disciplined business tactics.Senior Implementation Manager - Responsible for leading the operations team in nationwide company initiative to remodel and reimage existing company stores. Additionally would retrain all tenured and new managers and employees on new policies, service standards, menu offerings etc.Senior General Manager - Responsible as owner/proprietor of individual store success and profit. Would oversee and manage other managers and employees to deliver within company expectations and budgets. Was responsible for the training of all new managers hired within the region. Company product development was used in my store for nation wide rollouts. Was responsible for ordering, producing, serving and giving feedback on possible new menu items that would be implemented. General Manager - Responsible as owner/proprietor of individual store success and profit. Would oversee and manage other managers and employees to deliver within company expectations and budgets.
