I am the founder of Sage Mediation Solutions, where I assist other attorneys and their clients reach settlements before trial. I am also a founding member of Morefield Speicher Bachman, LC, a law firm that provides high-quality legal representation to individuals and businesses.I help individuals who have suffered traumatic brain injury, wrongful death, vehicle accidents, and other injuries. I also help individuals and businesses in cases involving fraud, breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duty. I have successfully handled cases through mediation, jury trial, bench trial, and appeal.I am passionate about helping my clients achieve justice and fair compensation for their injuries and losses. I am also committed to giving back to the legal community and sharing my expertise and knowledge with other lawyers. I am honored to have been selected for inclusion in Best Lawyers in America, Kansas and Missouri SuperLawyers, Martindale-Hubbell's AV rating, and the National Trial Lawyers: Top 100 Trial Lawyers.
