Responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing all IT projects and driving the strategic vision serving as a partner for stakeholders across our organizations to achieve company objectives and goals.

 Collaborated with sales and marketing divisions to drive revenue via new technology deployments, optimizations, and cost reductions by showcasing MSIT best practices to customers worldwide. Successfully launched 15 MSIT Telepresence sites worldwide. Acted as a global lead for Field IT on the Enterprise Business Continuity Management Team Performed chief of staff functions for Site Services – Americas/APJ team, including budgeting and rhythm of business. Managed a team of 8 IT Managers across the western United States and responsible for over $12 million OPEX and capital project budget.Field IT, Sr. Program Manager: 07/2008 to 07/2009 Played major role in executing integration projects for Microsoft, including Yahoo!, Canesta, DATAllegro, Farecast, Rapt, Fast, aQuantive. Worked with Area IT Managers and M&A (VI) IT to ensure proper resource allocations for new acquisitions; Established Hand-Off process for newly acquired sites supported by VI IT to ITM Worked with VI IT/Finance/HR to on-board five new IT Managers.

 Responsible for managing a global team of IT Support personnel with 3 leads as direct reports; conducted performance reviews, hiring, and termination of employees. Played key role in establishing formal business processes during rapid company growth phase, including improved processes for employee hiring, termination, and role/responsibility clarification. Assisted VP of IT with 2007 budget planning for the IT Department, as well as individual business units; obtained PC refresh data; worked out a formula for incremental IT head-count. Successfully assisted Microsoft VI Team to “on-board” aQuantive’s employees in record time.

 Promoted to Operations Manager from IT Manager to oversee the entire facility; reported to the General Manager. Managed a 350,000+ sq ft Store Support Center (SSC) providing fully-automated processing of over 50 million units to over 54 JC Penney department stores in the Northwest region.  Direct a multi-level management staff of 10 Supervisors/Managers over 2 shifts, with overall responsibility for 300 employees and dotted-line responsibility for the Corporate IT team. Control and track daily/weekly sales volume, resource forecasting, operational costs, and budgetary modeling; oversee monthly Sarbanes-Oxley compliance for all departments. Managed $15 million annual budget; provided weekly written report to Senior Management at Headquarters; acted as General Manager in the GM’s absence.IT Manager: 01/2003 to 04/2004 Planned and managed the IT infrastructure of a 350,000 sq. ft. automated distribution center for JC Penney; responsible for deploying over $5 million in hardware/software assets. Led intensive vendor selection process and ensured cost-conscious administration of dozens of project subcontracts involving technical equipment installation and services. Installed/configured Cisco switches; managed multiple VLANS and 802.11 WLAN. Managed a staff of 4 technology personnel over 2 shifts; responsible for all salary decisions and performance reviews; maintained department policies/procedures. Led cross-functional, company-wide cost reduction effort that reduced costs by $1 million.

 Reported directly to the CFO; managed 7-member technical staff and business analyst team with responsibility for hiring, firing, performance reviews, and salary negotiation. Managed over $3 million in IT equipment and assets; integrated the IT infrastructure of 5 separate acquired companies; responsible for over $500,000 of annual budget. Planned and managed Corporate IT infrastructure including Exchange servers, financial servers, account administration, and desktop support; developed company IT security policy. Coordinated research, selection, and implementation of leading-edge technologies and methodologies to support corporate business objectives. Managed a cross-functional team in completion of a company-wide CRM/ERP project.

 Successfully completed multiple consulting engagements in roles as Senior LAN/Network Administrator, Project Manager, and Build/Configuration Manager. Supported major corporate accounts including Boeing, Precor USA, and Captura Software.
