With over twenty years of recruiting experience, Rick’s assignments within the banking, broker dealer, credit card, insurance, and investment management sectors have included Business Unit Presidents, Global Product Controllers, and Chief Risk Officers. Rick had also successfully placed C-Suite and general management professionals across chemical, consumer, industrial, manufacturing, retail and technology sectors for both Fortune 500 and PE backed companies. Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Rick was a Partner at NGS Global where he was a member of the Global Financial Services Practice. Previously, Rick led a team of recruiting professionals for Allegis Group Services and began his recruiting career with a boutique search firm specializing in financial services. Prior to his transition into the search industry, Rick worked as an equity options trader at Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he provided trading coverage to institutional and private client sales professionals as well as to top institutional customers.Rick holds a B.A. in psychology from Iona College in New Rochelle, New York.
