Led to solar product line and patents.• Custom application to transfer energy from direct drive synchronous wind turbine to power grid. Commissioned first turbine only 8 months after concept.• Custom application for converter to charge and reclaim power from large zinc bromide battery. First production unit installed at technical college in Ireland.• Custom application for yacht shore power system.
