As Chief Operations Officer, I'll be overseeing daily operations, ensuring all departments are aligned to meet our strategic goals while fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. As Chief Revenue Officer, I'll be spearheading Inspired Solutions' sales and marketing efforts, everything from developing strategies to boost revenue and managing the sales team to identifying new business opportunities and representing the company at industry events. By serving as both COO and CRO, I'll be able to bridge the gap between operational efficiency and revenue growth, fostering synergies that drive Inspired Solutions forward.

RIPMinistries is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization focused on Missions work in the Caribbean. Rick and Isabella are both from the Caribbean and they focus their efforts in the Dominican Republic and Haiti. Rick and Isabella Ministries provides an education for 170 Haitian children in La Vega, Dominican Republic. Isabella leads all Missions efforts.

The challenges organizations face today cannot be adequately addressed with the approaches of yesterday. I am blessed to lead a team of experts who can not only consult with our customers on everything from data and digital strategy, data governance, analytical modeling, AI/ML platforms, 5G/IoT deployments, zero-trust architectures, and every aspect of multi-cloud, but our team can support our customers throughout the deployment phase. In this way, we take our customers from ideas to outcomes every day. I served my great nation in the United States Army for 25 years. I feel like I still get to serve the greatest missions in the world by serving the Public Sector every day.

Serves as Chief Technology Advisor for Public Sector and the Director of the Technology and Innovation Group.

Serves as the Federal CTA and leads the Federal Digital Transformation Group who engage with our clients on strategy, innovation and transformation. Rick is responsible for an organization of Executive / Senior-Level leaders (ex-CIO, ex-CTO, ex-SVP/VPs) who are highly consultative and knowledgeable technology advisors focused on achieving tangible operational/business outcomes for our customers at enterprise scale.

* Provides executive leadership in introducing and integrating new technologies into federal customer solutions.* Stimulates the use of innovative IT solutions by: shaping strategic objectives, engaging with customers and partners at strategic levels, serving as an agent for change and thought leader, and communicating WWT’s innovation in public-facing forums/venues.* Works with other strategic leaders across Industry and the government to challenge conventional approaches to Cyber, IT and acquisition, developing new methods to deliver mission outcomes. * Provides leadership and mentorship to Federal engineering group.

Served as the Army Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and principal technical advisor to the Army Chief Information Officer (CIO). Provided technical leadership at the highest level in the Army communications field. Served as the principal technical interface to Industry, provided technical counsel to the Army’s senior leaders, and coordinated across the Army to promote unity of effort for the Army Network Campaign Plan and vision.

Served as the principal technical advisor to the Director, Army Operations Networks and Space. Provided technical counsel during the development of the Network Integration Evaluation (NIE) process, evaluated emerging technologies for military utility, and interfaced with Industry to tailor commercial technologies for military application. Led an effort to extend enterprises services to the tactical edge to provide global end-to-end connectivity for the Warfighter.

Served as lead engineer and principal technical advisor for a joint team of 271 military and contract personnel tasked to manage the largest tactical network ever deployed by the Department of Defense. Provided technical leadership to a network operations center with oversight of over 350 satellite terminals and over 7,500 routers/switches, servicing over 100,000 users.

Led a satellite Hub facility with 26 contractors and a mission to enable training for Army and Marine Corps personnel in the continental United States, Hawaii and Alaska. The hub provided access to unclassified and classified services, a 24x7 Help Desk for communications missions around the world, and local satellite operator training on Fort Gordon. Served as the operational liaison to tactical units and technical advisor to the Army’s communications university training faculty.

Served as lead technical advisor and project manager for a program that modernized the Army’s communications network from a microwave-based architecture to a satellite-based distributed network. Was principally responsible for interfacing with Industry to develop the system, with the units to receive/train the system, and with the Army communications university to train the system. The duties required several trips to Iraq to ensure the system was functioning properly for the Warfighter.

Held multiple information technology positions supporting Army operations in the United States and across the European Theater. During this span began as a telecommunications specialist and culminated as a network engineer. Held positions of varying responsibility from supporting isolated missions to an entire Army Corps (with multiple Divisions). Last position held was Officer-in-Charge of a communications team in direct support of the Commander of all forces ((United States and South Korean) in Korea. Responsible for providing the Commander uninterrupted secure communications access to the Korean Minister of Defense, the United States Defense Department leadership, the National Command Authority.
