An Internet technology veteran and leader in the development, deployment and management of large-scale SaaS systems. My Internet experience goes back to 1996 and GeoCities. I was at Yahoo working on large-scale enterprise (Y!Small Business) and consumer (Y!Video platform, Communities, Media Properties) facing sites for 10 years after that. Then on to Proofpoint for 3 years where I helped take the company to a successful IPO. After that I was at Ooyala for 3 years as SVP Engineering, which was followed up by 2 years at Rocket Fuel leading the Engineering and Product organizations before a successful sale of the company. I then went on as the CTO at Lucid LLC where I lead the Engineering and Product organizations for the leading company in the online market research platform space. We were eventually acquired by Cint AB, a publicly traded company out Stockholm for over $1BB USD. I went on with Cint AB for the next year as the CTO of the combined entity of Lucid and Cint. Most recently, I was the CTO at healthcare technology startup Dexcare. During my career I've been fortunate enough to help two companies go IPO and help four companies through very successful acquisitions. I've been on the buy side of many acquisitions as well, playing an instrumental role the successful integration and acceleration of those companies.
