• Executed thorough site inspections and facility audits of under performing restaurants slated to be converted to a different concept.• Developed multiple budgets for restaurant conversion projects that included a full remodel option versus a value engineering option.• Worked directly with the architects during the entitlement process. Ordered and analyzed site investigation reports.
