I have over 30 years of leadership experience building technical skills, refining emotional intelligence, and nurturing business relationships. For the last two decades I have worked in the Collision Repair Industry managing information systems, strengthening operational processes, training, and budding staff members, building brand name recognition, tearing down departmental silos, and identifying IT solutions and services to meet a changing automotive repair landscape. Over the course of my career, I have seen technological advancements in vehicles, networking, computing, and imaging. Though these advancements bring immense value, they are disruptive to an old way of doing things. Learning to understand generational differences, recognizing those with a growth mindset, versus a fixed mindset, has allowed me to understand my audience and how to approach disruptive change with an agile mindset. Through understanding, collaborating, flexibility, and constant learning I have been able to improve performances of implementation and change management of IT capabilities and business strategies. I enjoy bringing alignment across the business departments, collaborating with insurance partners, and maintaining vendor relationships. I find pleasure in learning and adapting new technology solutions. I love collaborating on and building strategies with the team; assuring delivery effectiveness by owning risks and resolving issues.
