As the Director of Field Service for AGI, I was responsible for leading and managing all aspects of North America's Field Service operations. Driving large-scale operations and strategic planning within the Field Service department; critical areas of focus include employee/dealer training and development, account management, internal communications, monthly metrics reporting, conflict resolution, process improvement, and strategic product planning. I led cross-functional teams comprising of Service Managers and Field Service Technicians. Develop and implement training/operational procedures targeting timely and high-quality execution of customer repair orders, installation initiatives, and PM visits.Key Achievements: Champion continuous improvement initiatives to maximize customer service, improve profit margins, promote organizational excellence, and enhance efficiencies across all Field Service functions.Facilitate and advise executive-level decisions as a core member of the senior management team.Leverage technical acuity to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in support of the Field Service team. Oversaw the company's day to day field service operations for all of Eastern North America. Recruited, trained, supervised cross-functional teams, tracked performance, verified staff training, and safety certifications. Maintain continuous lines of communication on the status of operations, keeping the COO and CEO informed of all critical issues. More importantly, I quickly and efficiently manage customer complaints and problem areas to resolution providing outstanding customer service. As a lead Field Technician, I was responsible for the training of new field techs, on-site servicing, repair, and installation of customer equipment. I also managed subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their field service jobs. Aspects such as troubleshooting and repair of electronic equipment, systems, and wiring; installation of equipment; upgrades, modifications, programming; preventive maintenance actions; documentation.

As a field tech, I was responsible for installing, servicing, repair, and quality control of all products sold by Intellifarms. As a tech, I strictly adhered to policies and procedures set by upper management. I also ensured that Field Service goals were accomplished and maintained a high customer service level while adhering to approved budgets.

While serving in the United States Marines, I held multiple leadership positions where I managed and mentored military personnel in both forward-deployed operations and educational environments. As a Combat Instructor Trainer at the School of Infantry, I developed Marines' leadership, character, knowledge, and fitness in order to produce Combat Instructors who could lead, teach, and mentor entry and advanced level Marines capable of conducting expeditionary combat operations within the Operating Forces.I successfully trained and mentored over 4000 entry-level Marines and more than 100 senior Marines as a Combat Instructor Trainer at the School of Infantry. Analyzed training effectiveness by leveraging survey data, needs analysis, and gap analysis information; identified appropriate learning environments and techniques that maximized training effectiveness. Key Achievements: Recognized with the Navy and Marine Corps Medal and Navy and Marine Corps Commendation MedalAwarded Marine Combat Instructor of the Year.Meritoriously promoted to Staff Sergeant.Awarded the Lonny D. As an apprentice, I was trained in the following areas:Masonry work to include: brick/block laying, concrete finishing/stamping, and foundation construction. Residential electrical wiring.Residential Plumbing.Residential custom framing.Residential roofing.Heavy equipment excavation.

As a Construction Framer, my duties included the following:I built the framing for a residential or commercial structure. Read blueprints or architectural schematics to construct building structures framework according to plans. I repaired old woodwork on building frames: installed doors, windows, and floors.
