Manage a team of 10 responsible for enhancement and support of our enterprise fundraising system. This team includes software and business intelligence developers, project management, QA, and Business Analysts. We build customizations for Blackbaud CRM using .NET Technologies (C# and VB.Net), as well as building customizations for Blackbaud Internet Solutions (BBIS) and custom web applications using HTML, Javascript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and Angular. In addition, my team is also responsible for sending broadcast email for the University Development office as well as many other schools and units within the University.As a developer myself, I focus mainly on our online giving portal with heavy use of VB.NET, HTML5, Bootstrap/CSS and jQuery, along with writing complex SQL for doing data imports and data cleansing, as well as doing CRM and BBIS customizations in both C# and VB.Net. I have also recently built an integration with Sales Force Marketing Cloud using SSIS to send large amounts of data to the SFMC platform and return data back into our CRM platform.

Numerous responsibilities including developing and maintaining tools for use by Duke staff and by external users (alumni & donors) using Coldfusion, jQuery and Flex. Applications are both procedural and object-oriented in nature, with some applications using the Framework/1 MVC framework. We are currently using SQL Server 2008 and IBM DB2 (on our mainframe) as the back-end for our applications. I am responsible for configuration and administration of both SQL Server and Coldfusion servers (production and test). I am also assisting in our current SAP migration project which includings writing extract programs for data conversion as well as helping develop new interfaces for web applications that will rely on data from the new SAP system.

ClassCreator is a site that helps people create class reunion web sites. My primary role was working to improve system performance, through the use of SQL Profiler and Fusion Reactor (a Coldfusion application monitoring tool). To this end, I often worked on their SQL Server database. I was also responsible for both database and web server file backups , and helped integration Subversion source control.
