As an Executive Director of Facilities I was responsible for overseeing and maintaining both the entire hotel and condominium facility including the physical building structure, meeting spaces, Boka restaurant and Lounge, banquet kitchen, Spaahh, Golf Club, Library and Outdoor Terrace, all mechanical, plumbing, electrical, boilers, chillers, cooling tower and HVAC&R systems.
