Responsible for the administration of Enterprise IT’s HRIS server infrastructure, managing relationships with IT Support partners and vendors, developing and maintaining custom data integration and monitoring programs, providing knowledge and guidance of server administration best practices to team members.SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION:• Established and maintained file structure standards• Implemented source control management standards• Monitored and reported performance and usage metrics at the server, application, and end-user levels• Designed policies and procedures for environment builds and refreshesAPPLICATION DEVELOPMENT:• Designed, built, and maintained a custom monitoring tool to fulfill specific needs are awareness and alerting• Designed and implemented a custom data integration program following a Batch ETL architecture pattern• Developed Excel-VBA macros for manipulating large amounts of time-sensitive, workforce planning and succession data

Responsible for the administration and support of Saba Learning Management on premise, and consulting as Technical Lead on a major IT upgrade project. The project was a major technical upgrade and functional process improvement initiative over an 8 month duration. The application’s user base included 10,000 end users and 150+ learning administrator groups. As Technical Lead, I determined the appropriate architecture for our application environments, coordinated the installation and configuration work, and advised functional work groups on system capabilities for process alignment.Also responsible for organizing and maintaining the team’s SharePoint team site, training new team members, improving and creating team workflows, and managing team troubleshooting work through the Remedy ITSM ticketing system.

Responsible for supporting the needs of the IT Enterprise Architecture team, preparing and editing team documents and presentations, and managing a project to develop the CIO office’s capability to gather and report metrics for industry benchmarking.
