As a Senior Technical writer, I developed hardcopy and softcopy end-user documentation for Java-based software development applications, Oracle Database applications, and Eclipse-based plugins. I designed and developed context-sensitive online help (HTML-based) that was adopted as the standard for the company's software suite. I also developed embedded online help for a new suite of products. Using Structured FrameMaker and Arobortext with DITA, I developed topic-based source files that were used to create multiple outputs (such as HTML, PDF, and hardcopy).
