I served as Manager for this program designed to provide healthcare services to members qualifying for Medicare and Medicaid. My role involved testing and supporting QNXT core functionalities, including new business requirements, enhancements, conversion and upgrade, and new line of business. I also audited system configuration changes made to IDX Claims System by configuration analysts. I contributed to the Enterprise Delivery System Program (EDSP) Eligibility Modernization effort managing a 16-member testing team in this contract position through Data Concepts. The project’s purpose was to convert active families and children’s Medicaid, CHIP, and FAMIS categories cases from main frame ADAPT and CHAMPS to web-enabled VaCMS. As a Senior Lead Engineer and Strategic Advisor, I contributed to WWW Replatforming to enable faster innovation, reduce delivery costs for large projects, and reduce security risk.
