I am a Senior Level business management consultant with experience in a broad spectrum of corporate functions including: administration, finance, marketing, communications, branding, and sales. My early education and career earned me core competency for creative and corporate communications including creative writing, conceptual branding, content creation, public and government relations communications, and social media. Over the years those skills have expanded to corporate administrative communications such as business plans, prospectuses, business contracts, financial reporting and statements, and more. The past 15 years I've worked closely with senior management teams helping them visualize, develop and implement business strategies that lead to the solid business development, increased sales, linear corporate growth and overall steady corporate success. I work together with management to help build management and work teams and smooth functioning departments who are able to make good decisions, develop workable plans and execute straightforward methods and work processes that will achieve ultimate success. The past 10 years, I've worked intimately with startups to develop a concise vision and plans and then put together the critical pieces for their corporate structure, management teams, strategic partnerships, professional relationships, and operational processes. The past 5 years, I've helped guide several businesses with their requirements for going public on both the TSXV and the CSE, including, in several cases, serving as a Director on their Board and/or as a Senior Officer in their C-Suite. Industry sectors I've worked most closely with are retail, consumer products and goods, agriculture, and manufacturing. Most recently, I worked with the senior management of several Canadian and US companies in the cannabis and industrial hemp sector.
