As a Scrum Master:I led all Agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily scrums, show and tell/demos, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives). As a Project Manager:I planned, and managed integration, stakeholders, scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, communications, resources, and procurements.. I planned, managed, coordinated, facilitated, and led all software code deployments/promotions from test environment to production for nineteen international markets in four regions. An average of thirty deployments per year with a total of over $1,000,000 in software development delivered.I consistently achieved 100% quality rating for projects managed, 5% above expected 95% for code deployments. Our VP indicated there was a demand for Project Managers in our department. Having no prior knowledge or training in a PM role, I took initiative to complete college night school PM courses and completed PMI (Project Management Institute) training courses and achieved PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from PMI.
