I have managed many ICT projects including new Housing Management Systems, Server Room installs and upgrades, telephony updates, building moves and major system upgrades including installing new Finance System.I currently work at the Fairhive Homes Housing, overseeing all things IT.I set up the Fairhive’s ICT Department (both physical systems and the team infrastructure ) and created and responsible for updating all the relevant ICT and data security strategies, policies and procedures.
