Currently run IT Department for Fairhive Homes Limited and part of its Senior Management Team.In the last couple of years we renamed from Aylesbury Vale Housing Trust to Fairhive Homes and had Buckinghamshire Housing Association merge into us .The commitment is not just to provide a good technical infrastructure and service but to all provide high level customer care.The team now is made of 14 FTE staff and we run VMware, Virtual Servers, VOIP, Windows Server platforms, 10zig thin client with Horizon used for remote access., full mobile working for our Repairs Operatives including stock replenishment and allowing tenants to book appointments online.My role involves:- Producing and reviewing ICT Strategy and Policy documents - Provide secure, reliable network and systems for Fairhives 280 staff-The provision of robust, reliable and appropriate solutions for Fairhive.- Ensuring upgrades and enhancements are undertaken in a timely manner.- Data Security and ensuring that users understand their responsibilities - Data Protection (including the General Data Protection Regulation) and Data Protection Officer- Manage technology and business systems projects on behalf of Fairhive- Work with the business to ensure information requirements are identified, prioritised, analysed and implemented to agreed timescales and in line with the Trust's business plans.- Undertake detailed technical evaluations of products and services- Ensure full ICT Disaster recovery plan in place and fully tested- Part of the Senior Management Team helping to set vision and direction.Also overseen the merger of Buckinghamshire Housing Association data into our system / databases.Currently reviewing all our systems and implementing new Agile IT workplan covering 7 streams and over 40 projects.

Purchased school equipment such as chairs, tables, kilns, etc. as required for the schools in Buckinghamshire as well as arranging delivery and equipment of temporary buildings.

Responsible for wayleaves, easements, boundaries and playgrounds for Buckinghamshire County Council's schools. Also responsible for Caretakers houses, including rent collection and repairs.

Worked in the Client Support Services within the Eduction Department. I was responsible for the administration of the Caretaking, Cleaning and Grounds Maintenance contracts, putting together an IT solution to keep track of over £15 millions worth of contracts.
