As the sole owner, Richard oversees the operational, financial and administrative necessities of the business. With his experience and intimate knowledge of how Starbucks operates, Richard has the responsibility of managing the pace of NW Facilities expansion and evolving the growth and success of the business.As a management style, Richard creates and cultivates a culture of discipline within the team.
