Responsibile for develping and enhancing relationships with key Institutional bodies in the tax and accounting sector and Network Groups of accountants. Drive increased revenue, osition the CCH value proposition and delivery of products and services to the membership of these organisations.

Manage a team of Key Account Directors and internal account managers focussed at the top 35 firms of accountants, CCH's most valued and complex clients. Delivering significant annual revenue increases for the client portfolio and new and innovative solutions to the client base via a combination of services, software, online materials and print products.

Develop and manage CCH's largest andmost complex clients. The role required opening, managing and closing complex solution sales; understanding and developing value propositions, client needs and expectations and creating long term partnerships and commercial relationships.

A Venture Capital backed developer and provider of online trading and commerce systems for SME market place and Content Management Solutions provider for mid to larger organisations. My role was new business development and relationship management.

Developed and managed the direct sales and pre-sales team across UK and Western Europe along with an international reseller community across Eastern Europe. Developed strategy to work with existing UK based reseller network to leverage their clients internationally.

Tetra PLC was a market leading UK based software company delivering a range of ERP products for a UK reseller market for the SME market and their flagship product, Tetra CS/3, to Tier 1 and Tier 2 multi-national organisations. Was purchased by Sage in 2000Direct Sales of Tetra CS/3 product to UK based multi-national organisations for implementation worldwide.
