Managed multiple concurrent virtual delivery teams for infrastructure support projects comprised of leveraged resources from EDS internal organizations and third party vendors for this large forest products company.  Managed deployment and maintenance/support of 150 application-, terminal- and SQL-servers in centralized architecture at two data centers. Managed the Intrusion Detection Service (IDS) implementation and Norton Anti-Virus deployment to 21,000 desktops and 2,000 servers. Developed dashboard applications for the Project Delivery group to track project milestones/status and aid in managing a program of 400+ infrastructure projects. Planned and executed Project InVision (PIV) implementation and training for 50 managers and 750 service delivery technicians across the United States and Canada. Developed extensive Excel AddIns to aid the COE project invoicing process (these tools reduced the monthly invoice preparation from two weeks to two days). Participated in account setup and implementation of PMO office for new account.
