Eaton Hope Center is a Non-Profit corporation as defined under 501(c) 3 of the IRC. As President, I oversee and manage the Board and Secretary / Treasurer, provide oversight to business meetings, manage corporate finances, and oversee the day to day operations of the corporation, and more. We launched a 2nd campus, Greenville Worship Center in March of 2016, and are working now to launch "Ohio Life In Focus," a community help program. The Life In Focus will provide help with alcohol and chemical addiction, anger management, and more. *I'm now state certified to conduct court ordered anger management classes.

Over 14 years with AIG the last two were in Corporate HR as a Sr. Business Analyst / Quality & Training Program Manager with HR Shared Services. In this role I worked as a project manager for process integration and enhancements, served as the administrator and trainer for SharePoint, Salesforce.com (SFDC), and Customer Service.Also I managed the HR Managers in their QR monitoring, feedback and coaching, also performing some myself. I led change management processes, and worked with group clients.For the 10 years prior, I'd held various roles within the VALIC organization, including: 1) Employee Development Specialist (Trainer) in the Customer Contact/Care Center, both new hires, and continuing education; 2) Client Service Specialist on the Customer Advocate Team, fielding escalated calls and worked complex client cases; 3) Quality Service Professional (monitoring calls for the contact center and providing coaching & feedback); and Customer Care Representative.
