They have unintentionally gotten off course; sometimes significantly.Or perhaps there is a desire, or need, to grow in a completely new direction. One never before explored. Perhaps with a new concept, new product, or venturing into a completely new market.My experiences have helped me train to be the guide these companies need.My early experience on Wall Street gave me a thorough understanding of research and critical financials. I left Wall Street and have since worked with manufacturers. I moved into sales, marketing, and product development roles. I gained corporate account, distribution, regulatory, and reimbursement experience with medical device manufacturers and hospitals.My operational expertise came from managing the turnarounds of circuit board manufacturing, contract manufacturing, medical device start-ups, early stage, and existing medical device companies. I have started successful companies and have managed within firms on the way to $1 billion in revenue. My favorites are in the $10 to $200 million range.I have been most fortunate to have gained extensive direct experiences in go-to-market, manufacturing, and financial endeavors. I now work with a growing team of content experts who help companies to achieve all that they should.
