Contract position developing a go to market strategy for this wonderful coffee farmer non-profit. The organization supports coffee farmers in Mexico and Honduras through a multi-faceted and comprehensive infrastructure. The organization was importing green coffee from these farmers to sell at "more than fair market value" as part of the overall economical support. They needed a sales and marketing strategy for direct to consumer sales. They utilized my plan to develop their own brand and website, separate from Growers First organization. The real issue: how do we effectively change the commodities markets for more even distribution of wealth to the rural farmers?

Developed and launched a unique coffee product. Successful test market complete in Southern California and Nevada. Sold my interests in the company in July 2009.
