I was a high potential Store Director who led the District in the absence of the District Manager. Grand Opened Columbus location and led the store to one of the biggest opening day sales in the company's history. Was instumental in providing best practices built around engagement and associate development for the district. Modeled high leverage, shrink barometer management processes, instilled core competencies, reduced shrinkage and produced best shrink results in district history. Produced numerous Store Directors for the District as well as was raining location for District. Provided stability for the disrict by being a resource for other Store Directos withing the district and surronding districts.
