I have been working in the hospitality and tourism industry for the past 21 years.My most recent experience was working with Hong Kong Airlines as Manager in the Product Development team. Within this role, I led a team of six members to develop products and partnerships that would increase the sales of air tickets to the airline.Prior to the airline role, I worked as regional sales head in Hong Kong for The Ascott and The Leading Hotels of the World. My main responsibilities there were to maintain close contact and arrange regional or global agreements with travel heads in different companies that are based in Hong Kong, China, and Taiwan.Before becoming regional sales lead for the two companies, I worked with W Hong Kong and Grand Hyatt Hong Kong as rooms sales for the MICE and wholesale segment.
