The company was a developer of business networks for major real estate companies in California. I was recruited to take them nationwide, by going into major cities, evaluating the efficacy of the marketplace and establishing the relationships with the brokers in the area. I then hired and trained the team of sales people, usually four to six per area and.

Established a physical presence for the company in Silicon; This included seeking out and contracting office space, hiring/training staff and personally handling all "key accounts" in the area. With a relatively small staff, two inside and three outside salespeople, increased revenue from approximately $40K/mo. to an average of $300K/mo., within two years.
