Bridging the gap between students and consultancy companies by organizing four days in which eight participating (inter-)national consultancy companies give presentations, workshops & cases and participate in individual conversations. The Consultancy Days connects high potential students with prominent consultancy companies. - 8-10 hours/week, 8 months.

Responsible for the alignment of the several departments within IHC with the ISO 9001:2015 standard (implementation of an improved management system).

Royal IHC is a dutch multinational specialized in the development, design and construction of vessels and equipment for the dredging and offshore industry. The research I performed, was focussed on providing solutions to lower the cost of poor quality in the large shipbuilding projects of Royal IHC (200 million on average).
