Rick joined Colliers in 2009 as a key member of the Industrial Services & Corporate Solutions Groups and has been involved in Commercial Real Estate in Atlanta since 1980. Rick brokered over $50 million in 2018 and 2019 and is a Costar Power Broker. Some of Rick’s most recent sales include two income properties in the heart of Buckhead, totaling $23 Million: Maggiano's on Peachtree Road and the Wells Fargo Bank site along the Buckhead Loop. He was also involved in a $70 Million third party transaction including the $30 million dollar 500,000 SF Hill Phoenix Corporate HQ/Manufacturing relocation and the expansion of the Hill Phoenix/Heil 221,000 SF manufacturing facility in Phoenix, AZ. Prior to joining Colliers, Rick was the Director of Real Estate at HD Supply, formerly owned by Home Depot and was responsible for asset management, disposition, leasing, and development activities across HD Supply's portfolio of over 750 properties. He was the leader of over $850 million in sales, leasing and development transactions throughout North America for HD Supply during his time at the company. Prior to his role at HD Supply, Mr. Vaughn was the Vice President of Development at Dexter Companies, LLC, where he was responsible for the development activities of all office, retail and industrial properties. In 2013 Rick was inducted into the Everest Club as one of the top Colliers brokers across the USA, Canada and Latin America, with over $49 million in transaction volume during 2013.
