The UK master franchise, the largest in the network, asked me to join them in 2006. I’ve lived in England before so I jumped at the chance to give my family a wonderful experience of living abroad. Whilst with CDUK, we delivered record year on year profit and franchise growth. Under my leadership the existing franchise network grew from 634 licenses to over 930. Additionally, we inspired and trained franchisees to a 300% increase in core business sales.In addition to delivering for Chem-Dry, the CEO of HomeServe challenged me to franchise some of its sub-contractor network in the UK and Spain. In a few short months, I led the development, launch and sales of more than 170 licenses in both countries. After orchestrating great success for HomeServe in the UK, they invited me to join their US affinity marketing operations. I was later invited by Utility Service partners to launch their offering into the energy sector. Our work culminated in the national endorsement of major industry associations. My love of the franchise model led me back to COO position with BaseCamp franchising where I led all franchise support, marketing and franchise development efforts.A long time friend has invited me to join his 85 year old electrical contracting firm to drive systems improvements and double sales by 2025.
