With 17 years experience in the technology field I am currently working with Motorola as a Technical Instructor. Courses include multiple portable and mobile Motorola radio's as well as subscriber training for the United States Marine Corps.

Supervised, directed and evaluated performance of several production employees in the production of high speed, digital video print defect detection system computers. Restructured and implemented thorough assembly, testing and quality assurance procedures for the entire product line. Developed and implemented training manuals that effectively trained employees on how to assemble the products with 100% accuracy.

Developed and implemented Combat Systems casualty control drill guides, scenarios and simulations as part of the Combat Systems Training Team. Supervised, coordinated and evaluated technicians in the performance of duties on all shipboard satellite, Motorola Systems Saber portable and flight deck communication systems for a nuclear aircraft carrier. Provided training to 500 students annually in the fields of Communications Systems, UHF and HF communication transmitters and receivers at the U.S. Navy Electronic Technician School. Developed and implemented extensive computer aided study guides to aid students in the retention of electronics classroom and laboratory material. Developed new and updated curriculum for the Communications System phase of Electronics Technician “A” School which included instructor guides, classroom material, schematics, blueprints and laboratory fault analysis and troubleshooting.
