Post-Merger I took a position as the Head of Operations for Managed Services Clients, I was responsible for customer service, retention, quality control, as well as for design, implementation, maintenance and support of client networks. I am excellent at developing client proposals and setting client expectations and budgets. I set the tone and culture of the service department by example and through coaching. I established the overall direction of the Managed Services Program offerings.
