  I represent businesses and individuals in complex civil litigation and alternative dispute resolution proceedings throughout New York State. I concentrate my practice in the areas of commercial litigation, toxic tort litigation, premises liability (including defense of lead paint exposure claims), trust and estate litigation, creditor's rights, and insurance defense.
