CurrentRick brings to his current position many years experience in the insurance industry. He started his career as an underwriter before transitioning to marketing. Rick then became a Branch Manager, which later evolved into Regional Vice President overseeing a multi-state operation. He has built many strong relationships with agents and company executives throughout his career. His role as Chief Operating Officer for Crane Agency includes agency acquisitions and recruitment of new brokers.Currently his passion is bringing new talent into the insurance industry. Rick's focus is building a new Broker Training Program at Crane.
