Managed and contributed to IT continuous improvement projects for Anadarko-owned client server application (PDB) that delivered software, database, and process solutions to 500+ corporate and field office users for capturing, reviewing, and reporting production / injection information for operated / non-operated assets that increased user productivity, improved data quality, and raised efficiencies.• Developed additional functionality and improved workflow within system principles, scope, and data security parameters collaborating with IT and non-IT stakeholders to document, analyze, test, signoff, and implement program and system updates and new requirements.• Increased stakeholder awareness of project health communicating up-to-date information assessing forecasted vs. actual results for schedules, objectives, technologies, resources, risks, deliverables, and funding.• Improved data quality, application suite performance, and user satisfaction with designed, developed, tested, maintained, documented, and monitored programs and back-end system processes created for managing, interfacing, and exposing corporate data.• Minimized system downtime and ensured all stakeholders could make timely, informed decisions as a result of monitoring weekly corporate IT change management agenda, communicating potential system impacts, and coordinating and executing mitigation tasks.• Appraised accuracy and viability of business continuity plans and disaster recovery environment annually.• Saved time and increased efficiencies involved with gathering relevant data for divested assets from corporate database(s) by conceiving, developing and implementing program and process to extract, format, and export data.• Improved speed and accuracy of compiling and adjusting application user access privileges required for annual SOX controls certification by developing and implementing SQL scripts that extracted and formatted relevant database data for each user’s manager review.

Provided IT administration, project management, and technical support for the vendor owned client server upstream oil and gas production accounting / allocation / operations system (PDMS) and multiple vendor owned regulatory reporting systems. Contributed technical, programming, and subject matter expertise to the conversion and integration project from the vendor owned production accounting system (PDMS) to the Anadarko-owned system (PDB) and data model.• Delivered utility and performance improvements while serving as project leader for projects that assessed and integrated predeveloped application packages, standalone solutions (vendor or in-house), and technology upgrades into corporate systems environment.• Ensured accuracy of and expedited corporate rollout schedule for application updates by coordinating and completing testing and certification of updated software before corporate-wide deployment to desktop common-operating and Citrix environments.• Identified, documented and organized productivity, quality, training, and user satisfaction opportunities and gathered valuable feedback from users and analysts while assisting with solutions to technical and application problems / questions.• Improved productivity of IT and non-IT technical staff and raised overall data quality by mentoring the use of SQL, SQL Scripts, and database access tools, providing knowledge transfer and data management (sharing, cleanup, research) experience.

Provided IT administration, project management, technical support, and programming for multiple mainframe-based Anadarko-owned solutions (Upstream Production Accounting, Accounts Payable, Land / Lease Records Administration), two vendor owned client server upstream production accounting systems (PactMan and PDMS), an on-demand P&L report generator for well assets, and the in-house developed Oracle Forms-based application (SDI) and database that captured information associated with offshore geophysical surveys.

Provided application and data management support for the forecasting software used by the Financial Forecasting department.
