As District Manager, responsibilities included overall management of the Dallas regional construction office including all project management and estimating. In addition to managing subcontractors, position included managing third party general contractors as well as leading design coordination of third party architects and engineers. Oversaw new construction of 300,000 SF industrial buildings in Coppell as well as other smaller projects. Worked on pre-development phase of approximately three million SF of industrial buildings covering 160 acres in Lewisville. Served on software selection committee for selection of online document and project management software.

Completed design/build projects nationwide for Land Capital Group, a national retail developer and the owner of 361 Group. Managed and coordinated third party architects and engineers in the design/build process. Performed presentations to city zoning boards for conditional use and special use permits. Coordinated with developer regarding preconstruction due diligence issues and coordinated with tenants from pre-design through completion of punchlist. Projects were all retail and were located nationwide.

Initially served as Senior Project Manager and later promoted to Chief Estimator. As a Senior PM, flagship projects included the Lewisville City Hall and the McKinney Memorial Bible Church in Fort Worth. All projects were design/build and estimating included all phases from estimating through establishing the Guaranteed Maximum Price.

Completed hundreds of restaurant and retail projects nationwide. Performed dual role of estimating and project management. Was one of the first three employees of the Texas branch office during infancy and contributed to growth until office and field staff included about two dozen people.
