Worked in the business process department as a liaison between the IT department, Contact Center and vendors. My duties included the following; gathering and documenting client’s requirements while helping to identify the desired results. Reviewed high level test plans, business and system requirements based on quality assurance plans.• Gathered and documented functional requirements from business requirements, including specs and use cases where needed. Assisted in writing training documents for users. Provided basic end-user support in post-deployment phases, and supported the assessment and evaluation feedback process to ensure that the requirements necessary to correct issues were addressed.• Worked with business owners and operations to review suggestions, efficiencies of applications and portfolios and associated business processes. Provided Analysis of contact types and volume to identify emerging trends and “early warnings” of shifts and variations in forecasted workloads. Produced and distributed various daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports as needed.• Compiled data from many sources (i.e. Business objects, data-warehouse etc.). Documented business reporting requirements and developed/ implemented appropriate report outputs. Responsible for completion of miscellaneous assigned reporting and data compilation tasks.

Work in the Business Operations Center as a liaison between the Contact Center and other support areas and vendors. Manage real-time performance and operations of call center sites and partners with Analyst System Support to identify trends and make recommendations to appropriate departments as needed for improvement. Perform allocation changes necessary to ensure service level agreements are met and business continuity purposes. Utilize Avaya CMS to generate daily, weekly, monthly, and/or adhoc call center reports.• Install and maintain system application up to and including Operating systems, proprietary software, customer assisting applications.
