As the pastor of a small rural church my responsibilities are daily online devotions and preparing 3 bible studies and a Sunday message, counseling, working with the various small groups, organizing weekly activities, and planning and overseeing mission trips both in country and out of the country.

My responsibilities today is to manage the Greensboro Equipment Center, Machine shop, Parts Department, and Office Personel. I am currently responsible for procuring and purchasing all sewing equipment for VF Imagewear and Jeanswear Sewing Plants, and managing both receiving and distribution for the off site Surplus Warehouse. Previous to this job I worked in Equipment Manufacturing rebuilding and building new automated and manual sewing equipment, worked with Research and Development on Equipment Trouble Shooting and design of new and rebuilt equipment, and did Off Shore Installation of New and Rebuilt Sewing Equipment.

Started in the cutting room operating various manual and automatic cutting equiment, was promoted from there to the purchasing department where I was responsible for Purchasing all parts and Supplies for the plant as well as keeping an accurate inventory. Following that I was promoted to Supervisor of Finishing where I was responsible for a team of 10 people who bagged, folded, and packed garments as they came from the sewing room. I was then moved to the Sewing Room where I was supervisor of a team of 20 operators who worked in a module. Following that I was asked to become a Mechanic for Sewing, Cutting, and Finishing where I was responsible for the daily repair, preventive maintenance, of the sewing, cutting, and finishing equipment and the facility.
