On-site participation with local residents and problem solving. Supervision of subcontractors insuring that state and local codes were meet and followed. Management of a fully operational Quality Assurance department including, inspectors, data management, and reporting to the Client.In sure all HSE programs implemented by the Client were followed and practiced.
