Throughout my experience, I've learned many business's problems boil down one major factor: Communication. It is the ability to communicate effectively that drives success within any team, project, or organization. In my time working with Community teams, I've developed the strong communication skills to excel in roles where cross-functional communication is paramount. During my time with WeWork, I was able to build a consistent track record of being both a welcoming presence and an effective communicator. Executing several workplace initiatives while also maintaining a high standard of operations excellence. While in the role, I facilitated an over 70% increase in available community seats, and the the operations support and warmth provided was key factor in an 100+ seat Enterprise client renewing their account for additional 2 years.Regardless of what role I'm in, I always want to approach my work with passion and diligence. I pride myself on being one to bridge the gap between data-driven initiatives and pragmatic, intentional solutions.
