I oversee the operation and balance of a Fleet totaling 6200 plus units. This position is responsible for the overall utilization and balancing of fleet across 3 major business units and multiple locations.

Regiums Luxury Soap was created to bring locally sourced luxury products to the community using sustainable procurement and to do so at a reasonable price. Alllowing a greater consumer base to experience a higher end product.

I own and operate a online retail store specializing in home goods and electronics.

I began as a driver with this company and very quickly moved to a fleet management position where I was able to help this small startup design and implement operational procedures that keep its fleet on track and its costs down. I also used my leverage as fleet manager to rework deals with current vendors and implement new vendors to provide a constant supply of vehicles so that the company could continue to grow. I also worked with the owners to develop and implement internal live document used to share and navigate fleet related data to eliminate redundancies and improve efficiency within the fleet.

I served our full service facility in the capacity of Chief Operations Officer.Here I was tasked with designing and implementing operational procedures that would bring the company exponential growth at the rate of 28% per quarter. With the use of effective efficiency models and other cost reduction models in conjunction with inspirational leadership I was able to take this company from a 65k revenue a year business to a two million revenue business in just over two years while dropping the employee turnover rate from 85% to less than 15%. I used employer back training programs and incentive based education programs to attract self motivated employees that saw value in improving their own knowledge base to earn loyalty of the company.

My goal was to efficiently operate my business as well as ensure a comfortable environment to all customers, to guarantee a quick and complete solution to all my customers and to gain new and retain all existing clients as well as ensuring any and all disputes were resolved with a mutually beneficial solution.
