Oversee and support area co-ordinator roll in members only trade counter.

Daily running of store and memebers only counter. Store standards, audit compliance, health and safty compliance, Driving sales, Keeping high customer service standards, Cash control, Stock integraty control

Roll out and lead new procedures and projects in area of 10 trade counters, training upto 30 staff in new areas of business. Supporting staff where needed to ensure sales targets are met, making sure all stores are to company format and dealing with stock issues in those stores by working with company buyers. Setting up supplier days and store events across the area, supporting and delegating jobs to help build confidence in other trade staff. Working with company buyers and marketing to ensure best practice in stores. Created new step by step process on how to process new company credit via web portal, also created database of stock issues for HO to address weaknesses and lost customer foot fall.

Running of a members only trade counter which is mainly aimed at the plumbing and electrical sector but also deal with other skilled trade products. When i took on this roll i re-trained staff and built a good relationship with regular customers which lead to great improvments in sales and constant growth.
