As a Small Business Specialist, I am in charge of helping customers making sure they are fitted with the best accounts and credit products ranging from Chequing Accounts, Savings Accounts, GICs, Line of Credits, Business Overdraft Protection, Business Loans. As well my role is to fulfill the customers Day to Day Banking needs as well doing Credit Applications. The last and most important part of my role is to make sure when customers leave they believe and know they are fitted with the best products to help their business grow. That is what I do to make sure I provide Legendary Customer Service Currently I am the Advice Team Lead for our team of 8 people. Part of this role is to provide our fellow advice tips to help them maximize and exceed their metrics in Efficiency, Sales Revenue, and Units.As well I am the Compliance Lead for our team of 8 and as the Compliance Lead. I am in charge of providing tips and successes that I have had in regards to being Complaint with the Regulatory Banking Standards/ As well as KYC (Know Your Customer) KYB (Know Your Business) and AML (Anti Money Laundering)

As a part time student worker, I was in charge of Quality Control on all Chrysler 300, Dodge Charger, Dodge Challenger and SRT products that would leave the Assembly Plant. Part of this role was too make sure the cars were shipped to our customers to the exact Quality Control standards of Chrysler and loaded onto the train and trucks before delivery. As well I was in charge of making sure the fit, each part in the car was assembled to correct standards and to test the car to make sure everything is up to standard and beyond.
