Insight & Improvement Manager
Responsible for the end to end workflow, operational MI and data insight strategy across all levels within Centrica Business contact management, external partners and regulatory bodies.Core Responsibilities• Lead and develop a team of Analysts• Formulate and deliver strategic plans to optimise workflow solutions, anticipating risks and maximising opportunities for efficiency and customer satisfaction• Ownership from concept to delivery of the operational MI and data insight analytics strategy in order to bring to life performance and objectives for the business• Drive continuous improvement through the design, production and delivery of value-add operational reporting and data insight covering all areas across the operational teams• Ensure reporting and complex data is sourced, analysed and presented in line with requirements, policies and procedures, identifying and resolving any information gaps or conflicts• Develop and deliver insight into customer experience and brand health• Utilising a broad range of data insight tools and methodologies, linking the relationships between customer experience and operational efficiency, to provide actionable insights through the delivery of strategic evidence-based recommendations to steer business decisions• Employ ‘story-telling’ to help the business understand underlying drivers behind performance results and to see the ‘bigger picture’• Responsible for producing key performance packs to include weekly performance reviews, monthly business reviews, external stakeholder performance packs and regulatory reporting. Providing detailed analysis, tracking trends to highlight risks and opportunities• Build data pipelines enabling data to be easily consumed and analysed• Working with a variety of project groups and operational teams to build and design new processes and solutions to drive improvements in customer service, operational standards and challenging performance where necessary
