Drive Dev team to build IT Service Management based on ITILv3 best practice; Design HR Recruitment System based on demand of HR dept. , Integration between ITSM & OA system and some other SQA related works.

Responsible for ITSM related area and internal users service; Maintain, develop, test and implement the new requirements for Configuration Management and user permission management in Defect Management System. Also responsible for projects such as Apps' stabilization, server and database system security improvement and optimization;

Drive SQL SERVER Dev team to proceed iterative development and release work for each version of SQL Server product. Familiar with the workflow of Build system, Source code security management, build sign off and release etc; Related tools include: WTT, Bopcon, BuildDash, SDB, RDC(Remote Desktop Control), SSDD, SQL Server etc.
