Worked with all levels of the organization to support Quality and Product Safety across 4 manufacturing sites in Northeast Arkansas. We produced rigid thermoforming plastic food containers used around the world.

Worked closely with a great team of professionals from all levels within the facility producing frozen meals. Starting out my career as a Quality Technologist, I moved into Quality Supervisor, Quality Manager, and Production Manager roles during my near 10 year experience. We mastered food safety programs with the implementation of FSSC 22000. We supported major plant expansions and LEAN methodologies throughout the plant. Our team focus on achieving aligned results on Safety, Quality, and Production allowed us to meet and exceed our expectations, while maintaining strict USDA and FDA requirements.
