-Spearhead digital implementation/transformation for Engineering department using Microsoft 365 suite (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Sharepoint etc)-Analyze Engineering performance metrices and ensuring system readiness/availability-Provide leadership direction for department of approximately 30 Engineers in ensuring the maintenance and readiness of sortation systems-Collaborate with vendors for improvement projects and coerce cohesive working relationships-Double hat as manager for Mail Technology in enabling operations with cyber security requirements-Formulate SOPs and Working Instructions for concise work flow and processes

- Collaborate with vendor in ensuring operational readiness of Minimum Viable Product (MVP)- Conceptualized and planned for MVP roll out to public- Conduct and make iterative improvements to Acceptance Testing parameter and procedures- Visualize operations data to derive and capture valuable insights - Ensure customer needs, by effectively and efficiently resolving issues faced during the use of MVP- Deploy Root Cause Analysis (Ishikawa Diagram etc) for recurring defects

-Led team of 20 engineers for the end-to-end Planned Maintenance for mechanical systems of up to 3 warship types.-Analyse performance parameters for mechanical systems to implement time-based and condition based maintenance-Lead team in resource management, including logistics and 3-Party supplies of spares

-Ensure engineering readiness for ships local and overseas deployments -Crisis management and chief trainer for Fire Fighting and Damage Control incidents-Safety Officer spearheading safe execution of engineering and operations onboard
