In addition to overall Company management, the Office of the Director is responsible for critical functions such as administering and implementing company policies and procedures, Security Policing Strategies (SPS), improving the Company's response to private property crimes, facilitating and coordinating with local law enforcement and last but not least, planning training and addressing legal matters. AASI is organized into the department of field operations, department of training and the legal department. Operations includes the division of high risk housing complex patrols, Special patrols to support CPD, special events and high profile executive protection details.

Plan and coordinate logistical operations and planning for overseas emergency relief efforts in disaster stricken areas.I worked in the humanitarian relief worldwide. As assistant executive Director, not only I assisted the executive director of the company in his daily tasks, but I also planned and managed logistics for foreign humanitarian relief overseas. To support the US Government during the war against Serbia during the ethnic cleansing, as an NGO employee, I served as contact between my company and The US Aid in Tirana Albania and many other worldwide relief agencies. I also helped plan logistics to send dire needed food and medication to the Earthquake stricken country of Turkey in August 1999. My work in logistics planning and management in humanitarian relief efforts worldwide included regions such as Africa, Middle East, Asia and Europe.
