Responsible for the establishment and implementation of HACCP of the company-Oversee inspection specs of incoming materials, ensuring that they meet requirements.-Manage the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes, especially those that affect the quality of the organization’s products.-Ensure that Food Safety policies are carried out throughout the plant-Coordinates with 3rd party audit team for company’s HALAL, HACCP and Kosher audits.-Entertains customer complaints, initiates root cause investigation and resolution for prevention of recurrence.-Ensure that all customer complaints, Health, Environment and Food Safety issues are addressed.-Ensure that company’s environmental targets are achieved.-does daily GEMBA walk to check on any company’s day to day operation in relation to health, safety and environment.-analyze and submit to Top Management results gathered from monthly AIB, Health, Safety and environmental audits-signs and inspects daily work permits-process regulatory permits such as PNP, PDEA, DENR, FDA, FIRE, SANITARY and OBO.
