• Supervise and ensure production activities in disposal have implementation of SHEprovisions within the scope of responsibility to prevent work accidents and production resultsare in accordance with the plan• Soil and sludge handling in open pit mining• High dump and dumping solid waste on water

• Draft Leading of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Termof Reference for Operations Department• Ensure operational activities run smoothly and conduct continuous monitoring of productionresults to ensure production results are in accordance with the plan• Analysing and evaluating coal production results and issues together with other departmentsto find solutions for effective production processes

• Monitoring, follow up and report safety inspections or unsafe conditions of work, environmentand tools to ensure the coal production process runs safely• Supervision production to monitor day-to-day mine operations to comply with the mineplanning• Stockpile Management and Hauling Road Maintenance
